Michael Ibrahim is a pharmacist and Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist who brings clinical pharmacy experience and technical cleanroom expertise to FCCCS. His work connects pharmacy teams' needs with the testing, training, and documentation that support safe compounding practices.
His background spans pharmacy and healthcare settings, with hands-on experience in sterile compounding, environmental monitoring, viable air and surface sampling, staff training, and competency assessment. This experience gives him a practical understanding of the challenges facilities face—from maintaining cleanroom performance to developing procedures that staff can follow consistently.
